High Purity Green Silicon Carbide for Abrasive & Refractory

Brown Corundum is also called Brown Fused Alumina, Brown Fused Aluminum Oxide, it has brown color, high hardness and high purity of AL2O3 at 95%Min.

The powders are the perfect material specifically manufactured to be used for general abrasive applications in bonded abrasive tools, and blasting, lapping and polishing processes, it is widely used for grinding ferrous materials, finishing tough and hard materials, filling up ceramic parts when the processing cost is important.

Brown corundum is offered in grit and micro powder type, in both P and F FEPA grades, JIS grades, ANSI grades, China GB grades etc.

Application of brown corundum

1.Used to produce high grade refractory, castable, refractory brick; Main size is 1-3, 3-5, 5-8mm.

2.Sandblasting-----Features: Moderate hardness, high bulk density, without free silicon dioxide, good toughness, fine size and without ash.

Application of sandblasting: stainless steel, iron workpiece, copper workpiece, glass product, plasthetics, aluminium extruded sections, Copper section, jean and special plus materials, plush processing and effect of pattern.

Function: Remove surface stains, remove the welding slag and matt effect, remove oxide skin, surface strengthening, the role played by light.

Sandblasting size: 46, 60, 80mesh(Big size could recycle more times. Or according to the customer's request.)

3.Grinding wheel----When grinding high tensile strength materials, choice the good toughness
brown fused alumina. When grinding low hardness with elongation of the material, choice brittle brown fused alumina.
